Can we interview engineers before they join?

Yes. We share profiles that match your requirements and you interview the candidates you like. Nobody starts on your project without your approval.

Who manages the engineers day to day?

It depends on the model. Dedicated engineers and contract resources usually work under your leads. With an engineering team or project delivery, a Code Binary lead manages the day-to-day work and reports progress to you.

Do your engineers work in our time zone?

Our team is based in Bangalore, India, and works with clients remotely. We agree working hours and overlap with your team up front, so collaboration fits your schedule.

Can we change the engagement model later?
